Payment Policy

Invoices are due upon receipt. You may pay with a credit card and begin the process on the Online Payments page by entering your invoice number.

Web projects—75% payment of the estimate is required before work begins and, if applicable, 100% of purchased software. Your payment covers the basic fees of web hosting, registration, and initial development time. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. NOTE: if content is loaded to a non Electronic Media Design host service, 100% of the invoice must be paid prior to delivering content.

Design projects—100% payment must be paid in advance before final proof is released without EMD watermark.

Rates

Buy the Hour—Normal rate of $50 per hour.

Buy 8 Hours—pre-pay 8-hour blocks for $320.
